Separate circuit to pole barn, bonding?

Hi,I'm running a separate feed to a pole barn. The meter can must be within 3' of pole, can I run three wires from can to pole barn and bond in the distribution panel and drive 2 ground rods.

Do you mean a multiwire branch circuit. 1 neutral and 2 hots?

I am assuming this feed is via utility, not other on-site distribution. Pending review of local utility requirements, yes.

Where is service disconnecting means?

Is your mentioned "meter" essentially the utility supply or is there a service disconnect ahead of it somewhere?
