Separate power panel for receptacles or outlets

Do we need separate power panel for receptacle and outlet.or it can pe supplied from general panel board

That's a design decision, but receptacles are usually supplied by the general panelboard.

As a design engineer, I have often assigned separate panels for lights, for receptacles, and for mechanical equipment (e.g., HVAC). Each of these was metered. That was driven by energy codes that called for tracking the energy usage from those three types of loads separately. This configuration was not required by code, but it made compliance with energy codes much easier to accomplish.
