Separately derived system

I have separately derived system connected to metallic conduit with conductors inside going to and connecting downstream first breaker enclosure

The Separately derived metallic conduit has grounding bushing. Conductor Y connect the separately derived conduit grounding bushing to ground bus.

Does the conductor Y need to be sized per NEC 2014 section 250.102(C)(1) or NEC 2014 section 250.102(D) or some other code section?

That was for feeder metallic conduit and service metallic conduit. Nothing for separately derived system.
