separation of communication conduit and power conduit in same underground trench

According to the 2014 nec is their a separation distance requirement between communication schedule 40 pvc conduits and power schedule 40 conduits ran in the same underground trench? (article 800.133 (2)in 2011 nec) lists a 2 inch separation requirement for wires and cables. I will appreciate some more info. and code references

I don't believe the section you cited applies. I would look to 800.47(A), which simply requires a barrier - which separate raceways would assure.
