Was curious if it is acceptable to put 120/208V 3Ø feeders in the same gutter as 277/480V 3Ø. trying to find in the NEC

Not an issue, you will just need to comply with 200.6(D) regarding neutral identification.

Although this is mostly academic because of the voltage of the two systems, for pedagogy considerations, 300.3(C)(1) allows conductors of different systems to occupy the same equipment wiring enclosure, cable,
or raceway as long as all conductors have an insulation rating
equal to at least the maximum circuit voltage applied to any
conductor within the enclosure, cable, or raceway.
