I have a question for all of you. We are doing a new service on an existing building. The new service starts at a pedestal, with a meter/disconnect. The license i work with argued that you could run a three wire from the meter disconnect to the house, and i argued that it had to be a four wire, with a separate grounded conductor and EGC. I need some articles to back up my point, and was also wondering when this code changed. Thanks for the help.
