I would like to know the NEC Section that pertains to puting Electrical, Voice, and Data in the same termination enclosure.

It is my understanding that even if they are all seperated in different conduits coming into the same termination box, there has to be a metal seperator in the box to keep them appart and also guard against EMI & RFI??

The NEC really does not care about EMI & RFI.

The separation rule prevents a fault on the line voltage side passing line voltage into the voice and data systems.

I have seen a 120 VAC circuit wire burn up and melt into a local area network cable, it did not do the data equipment a lot of good and of course it could have hurt someone.

Which code section applies depends on the system.

Some will say Article 725 covers data cabling in that case the section is 725.55 (2005 NEC)

Or the system might fall under 800 and the section would be 800.133(1)(c) (2005 NEC)

Or the system might fall under 820 and the section would be 820.133(A)(1)(2) (2005 NEC)

Or the system might fall under 830 and the section would be 830.133(1)(d) (2005 NEC)

There may be other sections as well.
