Seperately metered feeders in same conduit

2 feeders pulled through same conduit on load /(customer) side of disconnect after meter.
Derating and fill both compliant.
Any problem with this?

I can find nothing that prohibits this in NEC or local electrical/fire codes.

Any idea of how I can prove that it's legal to a plan checker?

How about some specifics, conduit size, feeder sizes, OCP and whats up with the title? You using E-Mon D-Mon for these feeders?
 
If all the numbers check out, there would be no Code vilolation of which I am aware.

Owner wants tenant to be billed direct through Utility.

I can give the long version, but wanted to mine as much info as possible for least amount of effort.
