SER Cable

Does anyone know of any manufacture that makes 4/0 SER 4 Wire Cable with a reduce neutral?

Having a hard time finding this cable for a feeder to a sub-panel.

I am not sure, but I don't think cables come in reduced neutral.

BTW, why do you have to have a reduced neutral?
