SER Cable

Can SER cable be installed inside of a PVC conduit if it meets the fill requirements and bending radius requirements?
I am looking to run the cable through joist space, up anopen studded interior wall and then across a finished garage ceiling and down theinterior of an exterior wall.
The space in the garage is where it will be in conduit.
I know it can be sleeved but is there a sleeve distance requirement?

What you propose is fine. Afaik there is no limit on sleeve distance and , in fact, you can do an entire run and install cable in there but that would be pointless. LOL
