Can #2/3 alum. Still be used as a 100 amp feeder for back to back service?
New location on the table for amperage confused me.
Thanks

So if there is a meter outside then the wire to the interior is not a feeder. If there is a panel outside then the wire is a feeder and #2 would be fine as long as it carries the entire load of the dwelling... Assuming a dwelling

I agree, as Dennis stated it needs to be a feeder that is carrying the entire load and it needs to be a dwelling.

I agree but would add to be clear that it does not only have to be a feeder-it could be the service conductors as well.
Good point, the OP did say a feeder but it would apply to the SEC's as well.

I mentioned it as I think the OP was saying feeder but he seems to have service conductors based on his description of "back to back" service. Of course "back tp back" can be either way-main outside or main inside.

That is why I gave 2 answers in my post. It did appear to be back to back but it could be a meter/main unit outside.
