SER for Commercial Delta Sub-panel?

Is it possible to use SER cable to feed a 240 Delta 3 phase sub-panel for use in a commercial application?

Yes, assuming that type NM cable is permitted, due to the type of construction. Also, it can not be installed above a suspended ceiling.

See 338.10(B)(4), which will direct you to 334.10 and 334.12.

BTW: I'm not sure, do they make 3 phase SER cable?
