Is Exhibit 240.14 of NEC handbook correct? Motor full load current (FLA) is 100A and the interrupting of load breaker is 10 kA. FLA is equal to 1% of interrupting so it does not exceed 1%. But the note below the exhibit says that it exceeds 1%. Thanks.

That figure in the 2014 handbook (the only one I have) says motor full load current is greater than 100 amps.
