Serve refrigeration equipment?

I have some refrigeration equipment to reserve through a new sub panel that will be fed with utility as well as a back up generator. This complex is existing and somewhat old so there has been some bad wiring over the years. There are a few ice machines that may need OC protection that currently only plug into an outlet; while this may be okay I need to verify this before installing.

I need to calculate the existing equipment as well as some new, correctly, and re-feed the replaced sub panel with new. Article 430 address? motors:

My question is, were do I find direction to feed/serve refrigeration equipment correctly?

Re: Serve refrigeration equipment?

In light of Article 440. I have an example, which I would appreciate help looking up. The information I have listed below is all the information available from the appliance.

1. Ice machine (currently plug & receptacle), 230V, 11RLA, and maximum fuse 15A.

2. Ice machine (currently plug & receptacle), 230V, 14.3RLA, and maximum fuse 20A.

3. Walk-in cooler, one unit with:
a. Two fan coils each 110V, 1.8 FLA, 20A circuit.
b. One compressor, 230V, 40A, and maximum fuse 40A
