Are you required to install a "clean" ground bus bar in a server rm and to bond allthe cable tray, racks, etc?

You are required to bond all of the cable trays.
What are your referring to as a clean ground bus

a telecommunications bround bus bar that is typically installed within server/computer rms.

In many cases, this is engineered / designed into the specs of medium to large data rooms. The are not required but make for a convienent and readily accessible location for bonding all metallic parts of the room and equipment.
