This question is for an electrical permit for a small cellular site (5G). The permit asks for the service amperage. I have a utility feed coming into my meter at 225A. The main breaker of my panel is 60A. Is the service amperage considered 225A or 60A?

I would say 60. That is the maximum load your equipment would be able to use.
