service breaker panel wiring

Need to know what wire size and type to use. I have a main 100 amp disconnect switch outside the house and need to run feed cable approx 50' to 100 amp service breaker panel. I would like to run up the outside of the house to attic level then penetrate house and run threw attic and down threw frame wall to top of service breaker panel which will be recess mounted in wall. Can I use 2/2/4/6 or 2/2/2/4 aluminum for this application
