If your load calculation, including continuous loads (at 125%) and non-continuous loads is 330 amps, you need a 330 amp breaker, next standard size is 350. Taking into account the fact that your loads will not be balanced, you might want to use a 400 as it is a common size,

This subject is too confusing to even attempt to understand. Load calculations for dwellings always include a demand factor and never a 125% factor. I would think that loads with demand factors cannot be considered continuous loads for the obvious reason of them not being turned on simultaneously.
