Service Change

I am wondering what the code is regarding a service change and the distance the new panel must be from windows, doors, water and gas. If anyone knows that those distances are, please reply here.

230.9 for the service conductors. not sure about the panel/meter its self outside of the working clearance in sec 110, need to check with poco if they have any requierments here we have the meter between 4'-6' and some rules about over head decks. the gas may depend on the gas unit check with gas co. we use 5' here.
