Service clearance to fireplace exhaust

I've been searching through alot of stuff, but cannot find if there is any clearance requirements between a gas-fireplace exhaust service entrance conduit (see photo). Unfortunately, specs on the fireplace were not available and I could not find anything in the Fuel Gas Code. Any ideas?

I don't think you will find every specific situation in the NEC and this is not in the NEC. I think the only issue may be the heat that comes out of the exhaust but I seriously doubt that is a big issue.

Heat was my thought - what about corrosivity?

I can't tell if that is pvc or metal conduit. I assume metal since you mentioned the word corrosive. I don't think that is an issue but I am certainly not qualified to make a definitive judgement
