Installation has Main = 1200A
Service conductors = 3 sets 750 Al , 3 x 385 = 1155amps

Compliant ?
Does art 240.4 (C) apply to services ?

Yes, if you break up the service into separate switches you can be good to go.

Or if the breaker can be adjusted down / trip unit changed etc.
