Service conductors&circuits conductors

Where in the code does it talk about SE and circuits conductors run in the same conduit? I have to move a panel down about ten feet. This is a duplex and I plan on running the SE conductors up the side of the building put a "T" and going to new panel coming back in same conduit with circuit conductors to tie box that old circuit conduits in it. Not sure if read it or not.
