Service conductors without disconnect

I am relocating a 400 service. Existing meter can feeds exterior gutter no main disconnect, which feeds four MB panels back to back. Moving can and gutter approximate 15 feet out due to new addition. Extending service entrance conductors and reconnecting panels. is it OK to do this without a main disconnect or MDP?

As long as the wireway remains outside, I do not think any inspector would have a problem.

Your statement that says no main disconnect is wrong if you have fourn MB panels.

230.71 allows up to six main disconnects.

The meter does not have to be back to back to the disconnect(s). In fact you can have meter on one side of building and run service conductors all the way around building on exterior if you wish. They only require disconnecting means once they enter the building. Disconnect can be outside but must be near as possible to entry point if entering. Some AHJ have rules on how what near as possible actually means.

Some responses are referring to the tap rule for feeders since I have different size conductors for different size OCP on panels
