Service Disconnect Handle Clearance

Where do I find a minimum side clearance needed for the Handle of a 60 Amp Service Disconnect?
Other than 3' Front and minimum 30", I have only located 230.6 (A) (1) ...shall be installed at a readily accessible location.
Any recomendations?

Do you mean the distance between the handle and an unmovable object like a wall?
