I'm putting in a new PV system, it require a meter relocation and a knife style emergency disconnect. I know the NEC and my utility (RMP) require the meter to be a minimum of 3 feet from a window. I don't see anything about other switches or components. Is the general thought that a window interferes the the required working space. Any thought or documentation is appreciated.
