is a service disconnect required for a 600 amp service with ct can and three panels with main breaker serving 8 RV spaces in Texas

Under the 2019 NEC, no.
All services require a main disconnect or disconnects. The 2020 NEC requires a single main disconnect unless you meet requirements in 230.71(B), see if (B) applies to your installation.

Huh...
As of a couple of weeks ago, Texas was on the 2017 code.
NECInEffect3120.ashx

If it says what I think it says it is also 2020 compliant.

CT can----- three service disconnects in separate panels----- feeders/branch circuits to RV spaces.

What 2020 won't allow that was allowed before is a main lug panel with three breakers installed as the service disconnecting means.

Roger i saw One of your post and I’m having difficulty on a question for the journeyman practice exam on arc welders .

Multiple nonmotor generator arc welders are being served by a branch panel.
There are two 120-amperes welders with a 70% duty cycle, one 90-amperes welder
with a 80% duty cycle, and one 250-amperes welder with a 50% duty cycle. What is
the minimum disconnect for this branch panel?
It says the answer is 450amperes but I’ve done my math and I keep getting 459 what am I doing wrong?
