A friend of mine has a commercial six plex, with 6 - 200 amp disconnects on one end of the building outside, the panels are inside each unit. On the weekends, (kids??) someone is turning off the disconnects. I have read 230-70 and 230-92, can these be locked on and has anyone ran into this situation before? any ideas of what to do?

Padlocks can be made with an individual key for each tenant and a master key for the property owner. Make a phone call to a locksmith.

well, I went out there this morning to look at the setup, there are no provisions to lock the handle in the on position, does Siemens make any kind of kit for this or he suggested drilling holes to install the locks (he can do that) I would rather not ??

I don't know of any add-on kits made for that.

These are actually 6-200 amp disconnects, Siemens GF324NR, 200 amp fusible disconnects, you can lock them in the off position, but no factory holes in the on position.
