service disconnects

would like some opinions on this, single family home, 400 amp service, 2-200 amp main breaker
panels installed at different locations, I say
disconnects must be grouped, panels are at opposite ends of the house.

The two must be grouped if they are both service disconnects. See 230.72(A)

How are the two panels fed?

Usually in a residential application 4/0 AL SER from disconnects to main lug panel.Or under slabbed.

200,400,600, .... does it matter all disconnects have to be grouped together.No more than 6 throws of the hand

I'm wondering if both panels are fed by service conductors or if one is fed by feeders.
