Service drop to 2 meters

I'm being asked to bid on a service change to a duplex. The client wants 200 amp service to each unit. How do I calculate the wire size required for the service drop? I can't imagine that I simply add 200+200 and assume 500 kcmil wires for 400 amps. I can't find guidance on how to size these wire in the NEC. Any help out there?

Your single service entrance for the two units could be based on a Art 220 calculation for the combined load.
