Service drop wires across 14 feet of roof

Is there a minimum length of service drop wires over a roof if it is only 3 feet above the roof? This existing one is suspended 3 feet above the roof for 14 feet length of roof. Thank you
 
Generally the service drop conductors must be 8.5 ft above the roof. The exception for 120/240 drops is no more than 6 ft of conductor over 4 ft of roof.
There are some Washington rules for crossing patio roofs where you can go longer.
Please review 230.24, as there are some exceptions that may apply in your case.
