I have to make a customized service entrance box. The box will have copper details mounted on insulators for terminating feeders. Must the cover for this box be hindged or can it be a screw cover box?

Sounds like this would be a POCO requirement since it's on the line side of the service disconnect. I would think that they would require that the box have a locking means.
