Service entrance coductor sizing

Hi, I want to install a 2-position meter socket and take 1-150 amp panel off of each meter and was wondering what the proper procedure is for sizing my SEU. Is there a derating factor that can be used when sizing the SEU that is going to feed the meter socket?

There sort of is a derating factor. You may calculate the loads of the two occupancies and then their total demand as calculated in accordance with Article 220. The size of the service entrance conductors must be able to carry the calculated load of both units.
