I have residential townhome. Each townhome has 200A service. I have incoming service utility cables coming into utility meter. Was wondering what is the typical size cable into utility meter for 200A service to size grounding electrode conductor, main bonding jumper?
 
Another test question. Table 310.16 in the 2020 NEC and section 310.12. Those are the minimums, and can be larger for voltage drop.
