Service entrance conductor

I have two sets of 350 kcmil incoming service entrance conductor to service disco. GEC size based on 350 kcmil which is 1/0 AWG CU or based on 350x2 = 700 kcmil which is 2/0AWG CU?

All reference based on NEC 2014. Thanks for input

You may calculate using the 90 deg rating, but your final result does not allow you to exceed the 75 deg rating.
