What is the distance, if any, do service entrance conductors coming out of service panel to meter base have to be before requiring a disconnect, if any disconnect at all because the feeders are not passing through home. I can't find any code reference to this, see picture, thanks to all.

SEC's on the outside of the structure have no length limitation. 230.70(A)(1) is one code reference for entrance into the structure.
