Does anyone know where in the code book ,that states ,it is permitted
to use THHN or THW for Overhead Service-Drop conductors? Since 310.13
does not list THHN or THW as "Sunlight Resistant." Per 310.8 (D).Am I
overlooking something here?

the southwire THHN I use says "Sunlight resistant" right on the wire itself. It has always passed with inspectors.

I don't do many "Over-Heads" here. I have done many in the past and I've
never even thought about it until tonight. I guess I have too much time on
my hands. lol

Are ANY conductors listed as "Sunlight Resistant" in T310.13?
[Hint: 310.11(d)]

310.8(D) allows the cables listing - among other choices - to accomplish the requirement of 300.6(c)(1).
Here is one such example of the listing proerties: http://www.southwire.com/ProductCatalog/proddetail.jsp?htmlpreview=true&token=1&desc=CU-THHN
