Service Entrance Conduit Cover

Brick veneer covering the service entrance conduit - only visible areas are "peeks" at the meter and the service mast. I've seen conduit travel though a roof skirt; however, never saw anything like this. Can conduit be covered in this matter?

Well I say the install is not very attractive but not sure about the legality. There was a thread on this very issue -- is the service entrance considered inside or outside the building. IMO it is outside. There are many installs like this but usually the riser turns out where the weatherhead is accessible. I doubt there is a weatherhead on this install so I would say not compliant.

That appears to be a case where the brick veneer was added. It looks as bad a siding installed around existing exterior components, instead of un-mounting and re-mounting the equipment.
