I am wondering what the allowable code is as far as number of service entrances to the same building. As far as I know there is still allowed 5 disconnects inside a building.
But can part of a building be fed with a quad-plex for that part of the building and a tri-plex for another part of the building.
The same utility xfmer bank feeds both services.

230.2 Number of Services. A building or other structure served shall be supplied by only one service unless permitted in 230.2(A) through (D).

230.71 Maximum Number of Disconnects.
(A) General. The service disconnecting means for each service permitted by 230.2,...shall consist of not more than six switches....
