Has anyone had an AHJ complain/not approve. If the water pipe ground connection ( from inside the building) is run out to the service entrance (via a separate wire but inside the same conduit as the feeder conductors) and bonded inside the main panel as opposed to the IBB.
It doesn't kill me to spec it differently and have them run more, but hey it's only your tax dollars
