I have a 400 amp service . I am going to land my 2/0 gec from slab rebar to my neutral bar in mdp .Water pipe ground to neutral bar. Now do I land my bond wire from my bonding bushings on the nuetral bar as well. ( for the metal pipe from ct to mdp)? Or should I do all this at the ct cabinet to the incoming grounded conductor that is bonded to the ct cabinet? What about the 4' gal pipe that comes in from the street? The pipe from the street comes into the building is pvc the changes over when it comes through the slab into the ct.

First

I'm not sure that slab rebar is recognized as a CCE.

If you have a CCE per 250.52(A)(3) a No. 4 Cu should be good enough.

You can connect your bonding jumpers to the grounded conductor at the panel or at the ct cabinet.

It is connected to slab rebar which is also cadwelded to building steel in several places. (Job spec) So only the bond wire goes to ground bar

I am still unsure so I am going to check again. I have a 4" gal coming in to the bottom of a ct cabinet with 4" nipple going to the mdp. I have a ufer ground ,water ground and the bonding bushing bond to the 4' nipple. I plan on connecting all these grounds to the neutral bar of the mdp. I just dont see how to bond the neutral bar of the mdp(400 amp) to the back box. These size panels do not come w/a bond screw. Also this ct cabinet is inside the building is this ok without a disc? the mdp will be first disc but it is 6' inside the room. When entering bare copper ground into a panel do you guys use squeeze connectors or other.

250.24, 250.28, 250.8

Sounds like your going to have to add a lug to the can.

I probably would of asked the inspector that before installing it, back in the plan review stages.

I just drill a hole and run it through.
