Service in methane zone

Hi,
I have to get the power supply from utility company(DWP)-provided methane - pull box
to feed my 800A-3 phase service
with two sets of 500 MCM (parrallel)
Respecting 501.15 c6, should I use 4" raceways and 4" seal conduit bodies

New to me. Is this just a manhole or pull box that's normally expected to be contaminated with methane for some reason?
