Service location near Spa

What is the requirement or code article for installing 200amp 120/240v service disconnects in the same room as a Hot tub. It is a recroom in a residential house with a Hot Tub inside and the service location is about 16 feet away. Thanks

there isn't any restrictions outside of 680.43 that I know of

it is 5' but in 680.41 it also says adjacent to and within sight of then says this requirement does not apply to single family dwelling.

This is not the disconnect to his spa the way i read it, simply a panel within the same room.
