Just wondering, I have a 20 foot run from the metered panel to the roof, does the last 10 feet need to be rigid or the entire run?

As mentioned, some POCO's have stricter rules than NEC on this, so check with them.
But IIRC NEC doesn't necessarily require RMC - just that it be sufficient strength to handle the mechanical load imposed on it.
Transition to a different raceway type often isn't worth the effort compared to sticking with the same thing for the entire run though - those runs are usually somewhat short in length.
