Service size for electric heat

Does anyone know of a diversity allowance for fixed electric heating equipment that can be taken when sizing an electrical service for a hotel. I found diversity factors for general lighting and receptacles but nothing for the electric heat. Any help would be great.

NEC 220-15 states for fixed heating, it is at 100%. If you have suites with separate feeders, then 220-32 can be used.

Article 220-30 is for dwelling units. See definitions, article 100.

Sorry, I thought we were talking about condo's. Table 220.32 is the one you want for hotels.
