I am calculating the service size for a hotel and it is the first one I've done. The building is approximately 9000SF with the dwelling units not having any provisions for cooking. With this being said, I calculated the general lighting load of the building space to be 18.0kVA (which to my understanding of 220.52(J)) encapsulates the units general receptacle load as well. Per 220.42, I am allowed to take 50% of this 18.0kVA load, which leaves me with 9.0kVA.

The hotel has a small kitchen with 11kVA of equipment based off of the nameplate data.

There will be 20kVA of general receptacle loads. I am allowed 50% of the kVA load after the first 10kVA at 100% per 220.44.

The mechanical equipment (not allowed non-simultaneous with a VRF system) totals 52.11kVA.

There will be a 4HP elevator operating at 208V, 1-Phase. The name plate states 15.9 Running Load Amps. I can just take this value for my service calculations, correct?

Finally, there is miscellaneous load that puts me around 95kVA at 208Y/120v. I want to make sure I am not missing anything crucial in my calculations as this is my first time. I appreciate all of the help and support in advance.
