Service sizing for agricultural building table 220.102

I have an agricultural application where a service is required for 2 machines, each with 320 hp connected load at 480 volt, 3 phase.
From 220.102 - all load are expected to operate simultaneously.
Full load is:
361A x 2 = 722 A
14A X 2 = 28A

Total connected load = 750A .... so a 800 amp service should be enough as per table 220.102 (100%) ?
 
OK, I need to edit this - 430.24 says 125% of largest motor + sum of other full loads. Also, table 220.102 is for 240 volt loads

So 361 x 1.25 = 451.25 +361+14+14=840.25 amps
 
Adding more information - the motors are on soft starts. I think I will be ok with a 1000 amp service.
2 Parallel 700mcm copper per phase
 
Could someone please comment ..... I don't do services very often. My background is industrial controls mostly
