SERVICE TITAN

Hey guys, our shop just started using service titan for dispatch and "what have you". Is anyone here familiar with this software for use by an electrician, where things dont "fit nicely" in the templates that we have?

This is all new for the shop and it has caused some issues for the electrical division as opposed to the HVAC end (tho if it has I dont know about it yet).

Our shop started using Service Titan a while back. It was pretty decent at service called and keeping track of hours etc.
It definitely didn’t work for larger jobs, whether residential (new home construction) or commercial. It just got frustrating trying to use it to keep track of materials for larger projects.
Using it for service calls was easier to keep track of materials used.
We finally gave up on it and went back to our old method of keeping track of hours manually and keeping track of materials by only ordering through one supply house house and keeping track of PO’s for billing.
