Service Upgrade and panel modification

I planning a 200 AMP service upgrade. The issue that I've run into is that the opening for the service cables and the opening for the feeders are on opposites side that I'd like them to be.

My question is, can I modify the panel by drilling (two) 1.25" holes on the inside of the panel. One hole to pass the #2/0 SEC from the breaker side into the meter side of the panel and the second hole to pass the feeder cables form the meter side to the breaker side.

Thanks

So this is an all in one?
