Im upgrading a service on a house currently the house has three 60 amp meter pans and 60 amp federal pacific panels. The meters are located inside the house along with the panels. The panels feed the apartments in the house. I'm going to move the meters to the outside. I was going to run 200 amp seu down to a trough then run 100 amp wiring to each meter pan. I was going to use offset nipples to each meter pan. Is this ok to do or does anyone have any other ideas

Thanks in advance

Are you changing out the FPE's and does permit allow 60 Amp still?

The three gang pan would certainly simplify things.
If you go with the wireway don't forget 250.92

Is 230.72(A)(1) a problem ?

You might review with your POCO your plans for this house.
Moving the meters outside is probably what they want, but if they are facing a driveway they may want bollards protecting them.

The POCO may also want you to relocate the point of attachment if it was too close to a window or whatever.

Talking about it first is much easier than fixing it later.
