Service Wire sizing

Hi Mike, Ray Jones here. We, Home Connection, built your fiberglass pool years ago. Need some direction. Am setting up residential power pole for new 2014 Manufactured Home 200 amp service. What size aluminum service wire should I use from loop/masthead to meter base? Am using a Square D combination meter/main load switch 200 amp. Have couple additional questions but waiting for MH to arrive and I check out electrical provisions. Thank you. Ray Jones
